From roughly 27 added users on, Business costs less β and it brings more space, longer backup retention and a tighter SLA with it. We will tell you which side of that line you are on when we quote.

What people ask when they are comparing.
Is my server shared with other clients?
No. Every client gets their own virtual machine, with its own database, its own storage and its own address. The separation is at server level, not at row level in a shared table β which means an incident, an update or a restore at another client does not touch you in any way.
What address will my cloud have?
Yours. If you have a domain, the service runs on it (for example cloud.your-company.com). If you do not, we give you a subdomain free β your-company.regio-cloud.ro β included in the contract, with its own certificate. That is why you will not find a sign-in button on this site: every client signs in at their own address, not at a shared one.
What exactly does the backup look like?
The entire virtual machine is saved, not just the files, with Proxmox Backup Server, every night. Copies go to at least two servers in different physical locations and are verified periodically by test restore. In practice the whole server can be brought back if needed β data, configuration, accounts and permissions β not just a folder.
